About Shed Eleven
Shed eleven is the creative collaboration between sisters-in-law Fanny Clarsen and Jemma Wlasichuk. We transform furniture into stunning feature pieces that add soul to modern homes. We see the potential in objects that others may not.
A simple colour change alone is often transformative, but a complete makeover of a neglected piece of vintage furniture creates a stylish, cost-effective feature. Solid, useful furniture with beautiful lines is renewed, reworked and reintegrated into modern lifestyles.
It’s fair to say we passionately believe that having a beautiful home should not come at a cost to the environment. Reviving old pieces means we can update our homes without adding to the ‘fast furniture’ problem. Every found piece is unique and carefully hand-finished to a stunning result.
From our workshop at #11 on Sydney’s upper north shore, we’ve restored hundreds of pieces during our two years in business. Our artistic and technical skills led to us being invited to be the Annie Sloan Painters in Residence in 2018.
