To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage you to consider all of the photos and details of description before proceeding to the checkout. If you would like further information about an item prior to purchase, please get in touch with us.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If we do not receive any advice from you within 24 hours of delivery, we assume that you have accepted the purchase.
Strictly within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, we will be happy to accept a notification of a return in circumstances where the item you have received is materially different from what we described. Please email us at email@example.com and include any photos and description of the difference in order to fully appraise us of your concerns.
Strictly within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, if your purchase is not what you expected and you wish to return it you may notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Two way delivery charges as billed by our delivery partner plus a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please review Clause 8(9) for Returning a Purchase in our Terms and Conditions.
We regret that in any other circumstances, a refund or return is not possible.
If you miss the notification windows outlined here, we would be more than happy to assist you to list the item to sell again.
For items that are picked up in person:
The Buyer must inspect the item carefully. If there is an issue with the item or the Buyer does not wish to proceed with the sale, it should not be collected. The Buyer and Seller should notify Two Design Lovers and a refund will be issued.
- If the item is defective or not as described, the Buyer should ideally send a photo to appraise us of the issue and a full refund will be given.
- If the Buyer simply has a change of mind and does not collect the item, the applicable credit card or Paypal transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
No discounts, returns or refunds will be allowed after collection in person.
