Set consisting of a round glass table and six dining chairs. Warren Platner was an American architect and furniture designer. The Platner Collection of shaped steel rod furniture was introduced by Knoll in 1966 and is famous as an icon of American design and 1960s modernism. Highly collectible, the Platner Collection is instantly recognisable and remains relevant as an example of cutting edge design. This is an authentic set originally purchased at DeDeCe Sydney. The chairs have black upholstery which is in very good condition. The drastically reduced price is owing to spotted corrosion evident on all pieces. Recommended retail price over $30,000.
