Vintage Gerald Easdon for Module Furniture leather chair with manual recliner function. Module were a high fashion furniture maker from Melbourne in the late 60s/early 70s. Gerald Easdon was an Australian furniture designer working in the same circles as Grant Featherstone and Fred Lowen (Tessa). This original cantilever timber frame chair has quilt upholstered leather seat and backrest. Tan brown. The leather is in very good condition with just a little wear, and one of the legs has damage to the wood at the back. Original armrests missing. Altogether a great vintage chair from the mid century era of Australian furniture.
