This charming washstand or sideboard has been given a contemporary update by Shed Eleven upcycle studio. It retains its rustic character with traditional, original emerald green tile splashback, granite work surface and metal castors. The original mirror has been replaced. The boldly striped doors and pale grey paint finish bring it into the 21st century. Upcycling is a great way to repurpose brown furniture. Shed Eleven are experts at ensuring the finish and craftsmanship are superbly executed so as to create a new piece of furniture for the next generation. It could be modified to use in a bathroom or would make an interesting sideboard in a kitchen or dining room.
