An elegant pair of antique Georgian carver dining chairs in mahogany that would easily be at home in a formal or contemporary setting. Could be used as dining chairs or as occasional chairs in a hallway, living room or bedroom. Arched back and pierced splat with vertical cut-outs. Gently curved arms with carved, shaped end rests. Upholstered seats raised on square moulded legs with H form stretchers. Padded seat in white synthetic leather studded at front legs. Structurally and materially sound. Signs of use consistent with age. A repair has been made to one of the back slats of one chair.
