Futura Le Vele double seat sofa bed in turquoise quilted velvet with lumbar cushions. An innovative and unusual design. This is an original Le Vele with double swivel seat. Connected on a perforated metal platform, each chair can slide apart, swivel and unfold to be a chaise or pushed together to form a generous double bed. Great for guests or in a kids zone for sleepovers. Folded foot support allows the chaise section to be resting on the floor or, with foot in place, to form a supportive flat bed. A little bit of rust on the pedestal feet, otherwise in great condition. Has lived most of its life in storage while the seller lived overseas. Purchased for $8,825 in 2007.
